It should be noted clearly

It should be noted clearly on the booking information that the car collection time is AT the time given and not at anytime after within their opening hours. We arrived 30 minutes late as our booking information stated that the branch was open from 9am until 9pm and the building was closed. We had to call and wait 45 minutes for the staff member to return. Had the reservation details made clear that the branch would be closed after 30 minutes we would have been early / ensured we were very much on time!

The fact that you no

The fact that you no longer have a phone number to call customer service is massively detrimental. I am actively looking for a different provider since you removed the one very significant competitive advantage and route-to-service you had. You should, at minimum, provide and online chat facility. I have been using 121 for 15 years or more and have always been very happy with it but I am unlikely to continue.

Gardermoen Airport or the Oslo International Airport, Gardermoen is the largest and busiest airport in Norway. It is also the main air gateway into this Scandinavian destination, serving more than 17 million passengers every year. As such, the airport offers a variety of passenger services including information desks, travel assistance, budget car rental options and dining facilities.

Oslo International is located 50 km to the north of the city centre in Gardermoen. It is composed of a single terminal building that offers daily international flights to a number of European, Asian and North American destinations. Information desks, tourist information services and hotel reservation assistance are available at the Arrivals halls. Passengers will also find a bank, ATMs and currency exchange counters in both the Arrivals and Departures areas. Options for car hire at the Gardermoen Airport are located in the Arrivals area.

The airport features a large duty free shop that is intended to be the largest of its kind in Europe. This is found in front of the International concourse and takes up a great part of the terminal's width. Restaurants are also located all over the airport. Other passenger facilities include a full-service travel agency at the Departures hall and wireless internet access in all public spaces at the terminal.

The airport is well connected to the city centre via public transport options. It has a rail station by the Arrivals hall, which serves trains going through various subway stations in Oslo. Bus services and regional bus networks also pass through the airport at the south of the railway station. Alternatively, passengers can arrange for cheap car hire at the Gardermoen Airport through a number of major rental agencies that have set up counters near the station.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
